Who is Joe?
Joe is an accomplished fitness specialist who has dedicated years to exploring various facets of health, sports, and performance. After losing 127 lbs through disciplined nutrition and exercise, he deepened his understanding by studying abroad in Belgium, Spain, and Thailand. Throughout his career, Joe has:
- Trained personally with gold medalists, world champions, and national coaches.
- Mentored athletes in hands-on sports performance and weightlifting workshops.
- Attended multiple international sports-medicine conferences to stay current with evolving techniques.
- Given back to communities, such as hosting a youth sports event in Paramaribo, Suriname for children aged 8–16.
